Dale is the co-founder of Benton PT. Before opening in 2018, he was the rehab director at Specialists Hospital in Shreveport.

Dale attended Northwestern State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He then attended the University of St. Augustine in Florida where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2003. He is currently certified in Manual Therapy and Functional Dry Needling. 

Dale practiced as a PT at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian, Mississippi from 2003 to 2008. and Specialist Hospital in Shreveport from 2008 to 2018. 

Dale is married to his wife Regina and they have 3 kids; Colton, Colbie, and Chloe. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and is the archery coach at Calvary Baptist Academy. Dale is originally from Pelican, Louisiana.
