Doug graduated from LSU Health in Shreveport in 2011, earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. His wife Sabrina worked as a math teacher at North DeSoto High School, which brought them to Stonewall in 2014. Doug opened DeSoto Physical Therapy in 2016 when he realized there was a need in the community for high quality healthcare that was also convenient and close to home. Doug and Sabrina have two girls, Addy and Baley, and 3 dogs, Bella, Macy, and Miller. In his free time, Doug enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being outside, watching football and hockey, and traveling.
